Our motorised rolling shutters are manufactured in our state of art manufacturing facility and the plant has a capacity to produce 500 rolling shutters in a month. Due to in-house designing and manufacturing these motorised rolling shutters are simple and robust. The products are featured with a door curtain that winds up very tightly and is suitable for a wide range of applications. Whether they are installed outside or inside, laterally or overhead due to reduced space, motorised rolling shutters are suitable for any structural situation.
- Our Shutter curtain is manufactured from 0.9 mm, 1.0 mm & 1.2 mm steel slat.
- Newly developed slat profiles of 88 & 113 mm.
- Box type cage design of outer frames for big opening shutters for ease of installation.
- Specially designed guides with wind locks for High wind velocity exposed shutters.
- The bottom profile of the Shutter is incorporated with additional stiffeners to provide an additional strength.
- Shutters can be integrated with grills or perforated Slats to achieve specific customer requirement of ventilation or see though vision.
- Newly developed Straight link brick pattern along with regular brick patters for grill requirements.
- Special solutions are available for oversized dimensions of shutters.
- Finger-tip control to open and close shutters of any size with utmost ease from a single push-button switch or a radio remote control transmitter.
- Our shutters have in-build high performance drives and intelligent smart controls.
- Heavy duty drives have weight carrying capacity up to 3000Kgs.
- In case of power failure, shutters can be operated manually using a hand crank or chain drive.
- Shutter drives are inbuilt with special anti drop device and additional safety catch to ensure that the door does not free-fall in any worst conditions.
